Can I order a different size or colour?

Yes, you can choose any design with a different colour or metal leaf in any of the canvas sizes listed. Should you require a specific size or colour to fit in with your interior decor then please contact me with your requirements and I will send you a quotation. The price is also determined on how you choose to receive your canvas.

Why is a stretched canvas more expensive?

This is primarily due to the postage costs and restrictions. A stretched canvas requires more packaging to avoid damage and the size and weight is increased as a result. To ensure safe delivery it is necessary to pay for a courier with insurance.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, however only rolled canvas is available for international delivery and postage is calculated at checkout. I ship internationally. If your currency is not featured, please contact me directly for a quote.

How long does a commission take?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your original artwork. I always aim for two weeks but please allow three in case of busy periods and postage.

Do you accept returns?

I completely understand if you change your mind, if you would like to return your original artwork within 14 days from your delivery date, please contact me. A refund will be processed on receipt of the canvas. You will need to arrange to return the artwork at your cost and the artwork must be fully insured in transit. Commissions and sale items are non refundable unless damaged. A replacement will be sent to you if you receive a damaged item.
